RECRUITMENT FILM: STARK TRUSS
ideafarm was engaged by Stark Truss Company, a leading manufacturer and supplier of roof and floor trusses and other wood components for the construction industry, to create a recruitment film that would attract prospective employees — and reaffirm the loyalty of existing employees, many of whom have had a decades-long tenure at the company.
The project, shot on location in multiple Stark Truss manufacturing facilities across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, included conducting more than a dozen interviews with corporate, IT and plant management personnel and capturing footage of the company’s operations and teams in action.

The film, which has been posted on the company’s website and social media — and used in recruitment events across its 20-state service area — has been a resounding success, viewed by thousands of people who’ve reached out to learn more about joining the rapidly growing company.
